About our preponderant product, we would like to introduce raw material yarn in large quantity which made from all 100% poly staple fiber. Polyester is generally far more stable and less reactive than would be expected in view of the presence of ester groups, the PET ester groups being much less reactive than the simple aliphatic esters.
Polyester is quite water resistant. It is losing a few per cent of its tenacity when immersed in water at ambient temperatures, but returning to its original properties on drying. The standard regain of polyester is 0.5 % water. Boiling water and steam will cause polyester to shrink and can also cause some slight permanent loss of strength, due to hydrolysis.
That is benefits from polyester. We produce these semi-finish yarn and spun polyester sewing thread for customers to make their own sewing thread in different colors or uses.
